Injection - Blow Moulding machine
Ibm 250
INJECTION - BLOW MOULDING MACHINE PROCREA TYPE Ibm 250 ( Patented model ) The procrea Injection - Blow Moulding machines Type Ibm 250 ( Revolving System ) have been carefully studied for the production of finished bottles or hollow - bodied containers, without any flash as if injection moulded, in almost all thermoplastic materials, with a fully automatic cycle, capacity from 10 cc to 1500 cc. The machines can work with moulds from 4 to 18 impressions and the output is very high due to the speed of the Revolving system which effects a rotation of 180° carrying the preforms from the injection moulds to the blow moulds. The ejection and the discharge system of the bottles is effected in synchronism with the mould opening. The construction of moulds for the Ibm 250 machine is very simple, due to the automatic system of extraction applied to the machine. |
CHARACTERISTICS OF Ibm 250 One of the advantages of this series of machines is determined by the hydroblock mould closing system which operates vertically with the injection moulds ensuring a perfect holding. Each injection mould is a monobloc where appropriate holes are obtained for the circulation of the liquid which controls the temperature and the conditioning of the mould, indispensable for obtaining perfectly balanced preforms without split lines or flash, these requirements are necessary for having a very good distribution of the material during the blowing stage. Innovation of these machines is the Revolving system which can double the number of cavities, due to the parallel arrangement of four series of mandrels, this allows the production to increase, without altering the performance of the machine nor the quality of the product, and reducing considerably the final cost of the container. The machine is designed to use moulds with a hot runner distribution system. The plasticizing screw is driven by a highly efficient hydraulic motor. The pressure inside the cylinders of the closing moulds is checked by a hydraulic valve and non-return valves which guarantee a constant closing force during the entire cycle. All the functions of the machine are transmitted by a touch-screen electronic control cabinet with a high-tech microprocessor which is digitally programmable and sends all memorized sequences to the PLC (Omron), according to requirements. |
